You dick, I Have read all these books so far and you havekept my steadfast interest, I knew when they landed on the asteroid and found the first holes that you were alluding to an upcoming find of an alien intelligence. But to finally get boots on the ground on Mars and the start of colonization, then completely yank the ground out from under my feet with such an abrupt Cliffhanger of an endind. No warning! No ,buildup? I could throttle you !, instead I'll have to buy book 5. I was so immersed in the story you completely caught me off guard, well done. I am an amateur scientist myself and your overall detailed, step by step plan of colonization and conquest is far better than anything NASA , or the PLANETARY SOCIETY has in my opinion come up with. This third book of a series is a well written science fiction/political thriller. Full of developed characters, detailed technology and political intrigue. I had a hard time putting the down until I had finished the last book in the series.
The series is frequently marred by very sloppy editing, paragraphs out of place,repeated phrases and occasional misspellings. It's often apparent that the author's mother tongue wasn't english with twisted and odd sounding phrases scattered throughout supposedly coming in the speach of American characters.
T I Wade is a good author with several political thriller series under his belt, all compelling reads.
This whole series is a well written science fiction/political thriller. Full of developed characters, detailed technology and political intrigue.
As with books 1 & 2, Book 3 doesn't disappoint. Another book by Wade very hard to put down, Wanting more. If you love good, clean stories without the usual bedroom drama, then T.I. Wad is your author. I good look at how our government is being controlled by a few bad apples. Good Job.

The story follows one man's dream of achieving one man's dream of going into space, traveling to Mars and beyond.
He encounters corrupt government, military and a society hell bent on destroying his team.
Great action, lots of characters you can relate to and grow on you.

TI Wade must do some serious research. He is specific on 'space' needs and the involvement it takes--not just building a ship, but also what to pack, what low-gravity does to the body, etc., as well as proposals for space travel. Very interesting. I've really enjoyed the series, and will continue reading the rest of the saga. The people and the plot are excellent. He has a way of involving the reader to the point of feeling like you are really there.
Superb!!! Marvelous story writer. Captures you from page one and you just can't put it down! I didn't want to take a meal break, I just had to get to the last page.
I have just finished Book 3 and now I am forced to take a break til July 15th( I am keeping my fingers crossed).
Very rarely do I find a book that holds you from page one until the last page and makes you want to run to your computer and purchase all the books in the series.
I am starting the Invasion series just based on the America One series. Mr. Wade is just that good!

Good story, but a little weak on a few obvious science flaws. The one that irritated me the most was the idea that unrestrained air in a low-pressure or vacuum environment forms distinctive "air bubbles" described rather like air bubbles in water. A bubble is the result of surface tension, usually found in/with water (soap bubbles for one), but an unrestrained air release into low and zero pressure environments would disperse rapidly and be basically invisible unless accompanied by contaminants (such as water, smoke). The other is his treatment of the concept of exposure to vacuum = radiation contamination. <shudder>
The only real thing I have to say against the author is that I hate cliffhangers. Well, mostly. This one really did leave me wanting to see book 4 released, like say, 12 hours ago! Even though the story has moved to stellar space, the hints and foreshadowing for the next book make it suspenseful enough to drag my attention along quite willingly.
Mr. Wade used a good portion of the book to wrap up the story on earth before departing it's environs for the stellar system as a whole. This closure was really needed and I appreciate the author's efforts immensely. As with all things, there are still loose ends on Earth but they are part of the larger picture that aren't directly tied to Astermine Inc. If and when the crew actually do return to the Earth/Moon system, what will the Earth be like? This could prove to be a great story point.
